Job Deions：
This position provides technical support service to different function via troubleshooting, maintaining and making modifications/ additions to the plant Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS) and other process control applications. Also responsible for providing safe, environmentally sound and cost-effective solutions in the process control area.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and enhancement of existing process control applications, DCS and Safety Instrumented System (SIS).

2. Responsible for the overall maintenance and configuration of both the DCS and the SIS. This also encompasses the spare parts and software programs for both systems.

3. Ensures compliance with Celanese SEPs, RAGAGEPS, Industry practices, Governmental regulations.

4. Facilitates the creation of unit dashboards to improve visibility of key operating parameter and tools to better utilize data and drive the process to entitlement.
有助于創(chuàng)建單元儀表盤，以提高關鍵操作參數(shù)和工具的可視性，從而更好地利用數(shù)據(jù)并控制工藝流程
5. Participate in process safety reviews for new and existing plant processes， including scale-up process .

6. Review project feasibility and provide innovative uses of technology.

7. Train process personnel on the Control Applications developed on the DCS and SIS.

Job Requirements：
Familiar with SIS, PLC. Good experience on safety concerning and implementation and maintain.

Knowledge of basic chemical unit operations and hazard analysis methodology. Experience of designing and commissioning Extrusion units.
