職位描述
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 主導(dǎo)完成相關(guān)的檢測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)，監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)技術(shù)員和工人的工作，確保檢測(cè)質(zhì)量；
2. 組織編制試驗(yàn)大綱、試驗(yàn)規(guī)程和試驗(yàn)儀器設(shè)備操作規(guī)程；
3. 對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，組織編寫試驗(yàn)分析報(bào)告；
4. 制定實(shí)驗(yàn)室的測(cè)試計(jì)劃與預(yù)算；
5. 對(duì)新的檢測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)開展測(cè)試方法的研究與實(shí)施；
6. 主持編制葉片測(cè)試相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
7. 對(duì)現(xiàn)有的測(cè)試方法、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化改進(jìn)提升檢測(cè)水平；
8. 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行公司6S管理相關(guān)要求，負(fù)責(zé)工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的清潔. 整理；
9. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作；
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，風(fēng)機(jī)葉片、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)及其自動(dòng)化、力學(xué)、復(fù)合材料力學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 具備良好的人際溝通與交流能力，能夠協(xié)調(diào)人際關(guān)系，并按照要求合理安排工作；
3. 熟練使用Autocad、SolidWorks、Ansys等工業(yè)軟件以及辦公軟件；
4. 良好的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力；
5. 具有較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力和試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)管理能力。
