在工地內(nèi)與交叉功能合作，協(xié)調(diào)小型場(chǎng)地項(xiàng)目的施工/執(zhí)行，以滿足項(xiàng)目 EHS、質(zhì)量和進(jìn)度目標(biāo)。
? 要與 INVISTA 運(yùn)營(yíng)、EHS、維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和建筑承包商/供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行接口，協(xié)調(diào) INVISTA 支持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工活動(dòng)所需的資源，如培訓(xùn)、SWP、公用事業(yè)供應(yīng)、審計(jì)、檢查、測(cè)試和 PSSR。
? 監(jiān)督和推動(dòng)承包商遵守 INVISTA 程序和批準(zhǔn)的施工計(jì)劃。任何偏差應(yīng)突出顯示給項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)。
? 作為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)***手審計(jì)師監(jiān)督建筑 EHS 和質(zhì)量績(jī)效。
? 跟蹤實(shí)際施工進(jìn)度，如果項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)在原計(jì)劃中出現(xiàn)任何失誤，則向項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)提供預(yù)警。
? 如果材料由 INVISTA 提供，則審查承包商的材料請(qǐng)求。與 INVISTA 倉庫協(xié)調(diào)物資交接事宜。
? 對(duì)承包商提供的材料進(jìn)行檢查，必要時(shí)由負(fù)責(zé)的工程師進(jìn)行聯(lián)合檢查。
? 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目 ITP 組織施工質(zhì)量檢查，并密切跟蹤行動(dòng)。
? 識(shí)別工程圖紙的施工偏差，并讓學(xué)科工程師在必要時(shí)進(jìn)行審查。
? 審查所有 ITP 記錄，以確保其符合繪圖要求和相關(guān) GB 代碼。
? 與承包商和供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù)管理。
? 跟進(jìn)打孔特寫。

技術(shù)技能與能力:
? 對(duì)設(shè)備、管道、電氣、儀器安裝和預(yù)調(diào)試等建筑工程有良好的了解。
? 在建筑資源規(guī)劃、調(diào)度、安全管理、材料管理、質(zhì)量控制、沖壓管理方面有良好的知識(shí)。
? 建筑和驗(yàn)收要求的 GB 代碼知識(shí)。
? 在環(huán)境、健康和安全方面，強(qiáng)烈遵守有關(guān)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)法規(guī)。
? 了解 SWP 和 JSA。
? 與內(nèi)部和外部利益相關(guān)者的溝通能力強(qiáng)。

經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
? 在石油化工行業(yè)擔(dān)任建筑協(xié)調(diào)員至少5年以上，在業(yè)主公司有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)是。機(jī)械背景是。
? SAP 經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

教育：
? 工程、機(jī)械、電氣、儀器或化學(xué)等大專以上學(xué)歷。

語言：
? 英語口語和寫作技巧優(yōu)先

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Work with cross function within site to coordinate construction / execution of small site projects to meet project EHS, quality and schedule objectives.
· To interface with INVISTA Operations, EHS, Maintenance teams and construction contractor / vendor, coordinate INVISTA resource needed to support site construction activities, such as training, SWP, utilities supply, audit, inspection, testing and PSSR.
· To oversight and push contractor to comply with INVISTA procedures and approved construction plan. Any deviation shall be highlighted to project team.
· To oversight construction EHS and quality performance as firsthand auditor in the field.
· To track actual construction progress and provide early warning to project team if any slippage original schedule.
· To review contractor’s material request if the material is provided by INVISTA. To coordinate with INVISTA Warehouse for material handover.
· To conduct inspection on materials that supplied by contractor, involve responsible engineers for joint inspection if needed.
· To organize construction quality inspection according to project ITP and follow up actions close-out.
· To identify construction deviation engineering drawing and involve discipline engineer to review if needed.
· To review all ITP record to ensure it comply with drawing requirement and related GB Code.
· To coordinate with contractor and vendor for site service management.
· To follow up punch close-out.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge in filed construction works such as equipment, piping, electrical, instrument installation and pre-commissioning.
Good knowledge in construction resource planning, scheduling, safety management, material management, quality control, punch management.
Knowledge of GB Code for construction and acceptance requirement.
Strong sense of compliance to related regulations on construction project in terms of Environmental, Health and Safety.
Knowledge of SWP and JSA.
Strong ability in communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
At least 5+ years experience in Petro-Chemical industry as construction coordinator, has work experience in owner company is preferred. Mechanical background is preferred.
SAP experience is an advantage
Education
College degree or above in engineering, mechanical, electrical, instrument or chemistry.
Language Needed
English speaking and writing skill is an advantage.
