-和備件控制相關(guān)人員合作，合理的完善設(shè)備備件主數(shù)據(jù)。
Cooperate with spare part control related personnel, perfect equipment spare parts master data in a rational way.
-根據(jù)維護(hù)管理需求，優(yōu)化SAP-***的工作流程。
According to the requirement of maintenance management, optimize SAP-*** work flow.
-完成倉儲(chǔ)庫存的各項(xiàng)報(bào)表，提出建議，供管理層決策。
Finish all kinds of report form for the warehouse storage; make suggestion for the management for their decision.
-和培訓(xùn)部門協(xié)調(diào)，對(duì)裝置維護(hù)工程師實(shí)施適當(dāng)?shù)腟AP-***培訓(xùn)。
Coordinate with the Training Department to conduct appropriate SAP-*** training for plant maintenance engineer.
-建立備品備件、化學(xué)品的控制管理體系，形成一個(gè)科學(xué)的、完善的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
Establish control & management system for spare parts, chemicals, forming a scientific & perfect work.
-負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)試備件、昂貴備件、兩年備件和通用材料化學(xué)品的接收、入庫和發(fā)貨工作。
In ge of receiving, entering warehouse & issuing for commissioning spare parts, capital spare parts, 2-year spare parts and GP chemicals.
-規(guī)劃倉庫的結(jié)構(gòu)布置，制訂入庫、保管、出庫的程序及制度。
Propose the structure & layout of the warehouse, formulate the procedure & regulation for material moving into the warehouse, keeping and moving out of the warehouse.
-與財(cái)務(wù)部門合作，共同作好倉儲(chǔ)的盤點(diǎn)工作。
Cooperate with the Financial Department in the inventory check of the warehouse.
-支持現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的日常維護(hù) 及大修工作。
Support the daily maintenance and TAR of the plants.
-為團(tuán)隊(duì)成員設(shè)定明確的業(yè)績目標(biāo)。
Set up specific business target for the team.
-管理承包商借用人員，共同做好物料控制工作。
Manage people leased contractors and make joint efforts to complete material control work.
-負(fù)有管理、輔導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)的職責(zé)，認(rèn)真踐行并積極推進(jìn)公司價(jià)值觀和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。包括但不限于責(zé)任與承諾、道德與合規(guī)、CI持續(xù)改進(jìn)等。
Be responsible for managing and mentoring the team, carefully practice and actively promote company value and enterprise culture construction, including but not limited to accountability, commitment, ethics and compliance, continuous improvements, etc.
-及時(shí)完成上級(jí)經(jīng)理分配的其他工作。

任職資格:
-本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
Bachelor degree or above, mechanical majors are preferred.
-8年以上石油化工行業(yè)或本專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉備件管理和倉庫管理優(yōu)先。
More than 8-year work experience in petrochemical industry or of the specialties; experience in spares and warehouse management is preferred.
-具備SAP-MM 模塊的管理和應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
With management and application experience of SAP-*** module.
-擁有裝置從基建到生產(chǎn)正常運(yùn)行過程中備件管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Having experience of spare parts management the construction to the operation of the plant.
-熟悉本行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Familiar with professional standards.
-具備人員管理、培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience in managerial expertise, training and instruction.
-須精通EXCEL，WORD及POWERPOINT。
Good computer skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-善于交流并且英語讀寫流利。
Good at communication and fluent English in reading and writing.

Having 8 main production plants, Shanghai SECCO is featured with world-class integration of upstream and downstream, generating the benefits of scale economy.
