工作職責(zé)
1.根據(jù)相關(guān)財務(wù)管理規(guī)章制度要求，對所屬海外分公司和項目收入、成本和費用的原始單據(jù)真實性、準確性和完整性進行審核并據(jù)以入賬；
2.實施分公司和項目的成本費用控制與管理計劃，定期分析成本費用發(fā)生情況；
3.按要求編制，維護并及時上報相關(guān)日記賬，臺賬，和其他財務(wù)計劃，報表或報告；
4.定期與往來單位對賬，并開具對賬確認單；
5.定期進行資產(chǎn)盤點，建立并維護資產(chǎn)臺賬；
6.與國內(nèi)財務(wù)，業(yè)務(wù)人員和駐地所在國相關(guān)的外部單位進行必要的配合、協(xié)調(diào)和聯(lián)絡(luò)；協(xié)助和指導(dǎo)業(yè)務(wù)人員的報銷票據(jù)整理與提交；配合實施境內(nèi)外各類審計、檢查工作；
7. 按照會計檔案管理法規(guī)制度，妥善保管財務(wù)會計檔案；
8.執(zhí)行財務(wù)負責(zé)人安排的其他財務(wù)管理工作。
1. According to the requirements of relevant financial management rules and regulations, review the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the original documents of the income, costs and expenses of the overseas branches and projects, and record them in the account;
2. Implement the cost control and management plan of branches and projects, and regularly analyze the occurrence of costs and expenses;
3. Prepare, maintain and timely report relevant journals, standing books, and other financial plans, statements or reports as required;
4. At regular intervals, check the bills and balance with the correspondent units then issue the confirmation sheet;
5. Regularly conduct asset count, establish and maintain related asset account;
6. Carry out necessary cooperation, coordination and liaison with domestic financial and business personnel and relevant external units in the host country; Assist and guide business personnel to sort out and submit reimbursement bills; Cooperate in the implementation of various audits and inspections at home and abroad;
7. Properly keep financial and accounting archives in accordance with accounting archives management laws and regulations;
8. Perform other financial management work arranged by the superior.
任職要求
1.能在境外工作；
2.財經(jīng)等相關(guān)專業(yè)，具有中級會計師或以上資格者優(yōu)先；
3.5年以上財務(wù)會計工作經(jīng)驗，有3年以上海外工程項目財務(wù)核算和財務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
4.熟練掌握用友NC軟件及office辦公軟件。
5.具有較強的抗壓能力和溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力；有團隊協(xié)作精神，執(zhí)行力強；
6.熟練的英語聽說讀寫能力，掌握阿拉伯語者優(yōu)先。
1. Should be able to work abroad;
2. Major in finance and economics, intermediate accountant or above is preferred;
3. More than 5 years working experience in financial accounting, experience over 3 years in financial accounting and financial management of overseas engineering projects is preferred.
4. Should be familiar with UFIDA NC software and Microsoft office software.
5. Be with strong pressure resistance, communication and coordination skills; Team spirit and strong execution;
6. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
