任職要求/崗位職責
職位描述：
1.熟悉組件自動流水線生產(chǎn)全套流程，負責完成產(chǎn)品調試的指導工作，解決產(chǎn)品運行過程中的一般技術問題及故障排除；
2.根據(jù)下達的生產(chǎn)任務組織和安排生產(chǎn)，協(xié)調解決好各工序之間的關系，保證生產(chǎn)的均衡連續(xù)運行，確保日生產(chǎn)計劃的按時完成；
3.編制生產(chǎn)管理的各項規(guī)章制度、管理流程、工作計劃和生產(chǎn)報表；
4.嚴格執(zhí)行工藝作業(yè)規(guī)程和工藝紀律管理規(guī)定，組織領導車間員工按計劃實施內部管理與控制，嚴控和規(guī)范生產(chǎn)作業(yè)現(xiàn)場管理，嚴
格推進生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品質量管理，做好工序自檢和互檢，隨時對生產(chǎn)過程進行質量檢查與控制，處理日常異常，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題即時分析解
決，對已確定根源的制定糾正預防措施；
5.負責本部門員工的培訓，提高部門內員工的專業(yè)技能，為本部門員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃提供幫助；對本部門員工進行績效考核；
6.嚴格執(zhí)行車間安全規(guī)定，杜絕安全事故的發(fā)生；
7.監(jiān)督檢查生產(chǎn)成本控制執(zhí)行情況，實施降本工作；
8.完成公司領導交辦的其它工作。
要求：
1.本科以上學歷，電力電子、電氣工程及其自動化等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2.兩年以上光伏企業(yè)相同崗位工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉精益生產(chǎn)、質量管控、成本控制，掌握電池生產(chǎn)與運作、技術、安全與現(xiàn)場、品質等方面的相關知識；
3.熟悉電池生產(chǎn)的關鍵業(yè)績指標，具有良好的計劃、組織、生產(chǎn)管理能力、較強的溝通與協(xié)調能力和團隊精神。
