Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
? Be responsible for technical support to well development planning, reservoir engineering, well completion and production activities.
? Monitor daily drilling and completion activities. Data gathering and reporting during the development well drilling and completion program.
? Propose non-productive time avoidance planning strategies.
? Work with offshore operation team to prepare and optimize flowback procedure, chemical injection program.
? Work out reservoir surveillance plan and coordinate it for implementation.
? Artificial lift evaluation, design, and optimization.
? Monitor production performance, diagnose any anomalies and recommend engineering solutions.
? Perform production optimization/enhancement activities to ensure reliability.
? System constraint analysis and pipeline debottlenecking.
? Be responsible for production database management and create OFM workspace.
? Lead well review and production optimization with multi-disciplines.
? Compile for department reporting and budgeting
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in engineering
? Intensive industry training including appropriate specialized courses and seminars is expected
? MS or PhD is desirable
? Must have 8+ years of Production or Petroleum Engineering experience in oil companies.
? Should have experience in production database management
? Must have ability to provide technical support for well operations, including all aspects of well completion, well intervention, well stimulation, well testing, well integrity and application of state-of-the-art technologies.
? Proficient in artificial lift, especially analyzing performance and maintenance of ESP
? Proficient in industry used Production Engineering software for production optimization and production forecast.
? Dynamic well modelling / Nodal analysis
? DCA / PTA / IPM
